Recruitment of Traders

A. Recruitment Overview

• Supporting excellent traders by providing capital assistance and discovering outstanding investment opportunities for investors. 
• Offering a favorable trading environment to traders. 
• Providing a standard broker and allowing traders to choose their preferred broker conditions. 
• Trading products such as Forex, CFDs, international futures, and cryptocurrencies (BTC, ETH) margin trading are all acceptable. 
• Establishing a mutually beneficial structure among traders, investors, intermediaries, and asset management companies.

B. Investment Fund Support Conditions
     : The evaluation method for investment fund support will be based on absolute evaluation without ranking competition, through the entrusted management of operating accounts.

• Traders will operate with their own funds for a duration of 5 months. 
• Maximum drawdown (MDD) should not exceed 25%. 
• Minimum monthly trading frequency should be 20 round trips. 
• A monthly return of 8% is the benchmark.

C. Progression of Fund Acquisition by Stage

• Step 1: Traders operate with their own capital - Minimum of $5,000. 
• Step 2: After 5 months of Step 1, entrust management of copy accounts (in multiples of 10) - $50,000. 
• Step 3: After 5 months of Step 2, entrust management of copy accounts (in multiples of 10) - $500,000. 
• Step 4: Agreement on operating a sub-fund (Fund of Fund) and entrusted fund accounts after 1 year of Step 3
  - Expected $5,000,000 (fund capital preparation in progress).

D. Profit Distribution for Traders

• Investors : 50% of the profits from entrusted management. 
• Traders : 25% of the profits from entrusted management. 
• CSolution : 25% of the profits from entrusted management.

E. Trader Broker Selection Conditions

• After C Solution completes registration as an introducing broker (IB) with the trader's chosen broker, the operator creates a new account and starts the operation.

Procedure for Trader Participation Application

1. Create a trader account with a futures company/securities firm/exchange.
2. Apply for trader operation (Trader Participation Application).

Procedure 1 : Creating a Trader Account

Traders can specify a desired broker in addition to the futures company, securities firm, or exchange mentioned above. 

However, the condition is that the operator must complete IB registration with the broker designated by the operator and start operations by creating a new account.

Procedure 2: Completing the Trader Participation Application
